Promotional codes are valid only for the period and under the conditions stated at the time of issue. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person. We reserve the right to cancel a code used in breach of these conditions.

6. Pre-orders

For products offered as pre-orders, payment is collected at the time the order is placed and the estimated dispatch date is displayed on the product page. Estimated pre-order dates may change for reasons relating to production or supply. If the dispatch date is delayed significantly, we will inform you by email and you may choose to wait or to cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund.

7. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs or other events beyond our control.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you at the moment when you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the courier), take physical possession of the goods.

Full details of delivery methods, costs and timeframes are set out in our Delivery Policy.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a Consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days from the date on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, sent to hello@aname-activewear.com. You may use the model withdrawal form annexed to these Terms, although this is not mandatory.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having returned them.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exception for intimate apparel: in accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

9. Returns and exchanges

In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, we offer a commercial return period of 30 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel. The conditions, procedure and applicable costs are set out in full in our Return Policy.

Our commercial policy does not limit or replace your statutory rights as a Consumer.

10. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery, in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021.

If a product does not conform to the Contract, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity through repair or replacement, free of charge and within a reasonable period. Where repair or replacement is not possible, is disproportionate, or has not been carried out within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the Contract and receive a refund.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or failure to follow the care instructions provided are not covered by the legal guarantee.

To make a claim, please contact us at hello@aname-activewear.com with your order number and a description of the issue, accompanied where possible by photographs.

The affected party shall inform the other party within a reasonable period.

18. Suspension or closure of an account
