You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To start a return, simply complete our return form available on our website or here.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive:

• A prepaid shipping label (AWB) by email
  
• Clear instructions on how to send your return
  

Please note that returns sent without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as when it was received
  
• Be unworn and unused
  
• Have all original tags attached
  
• Be returned in its original packaging
  
• Include proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email whether your return has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or product, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
